摘　　要：开发了适用于Innovene气相装置使用的BCZ-108丙烯聚合催化剂。该催化剂颗粒形态良好,尺寸均一,小试本体聚合评价中该催化剂两小时活性为74.3kg PP/gcat且活性衰减较慢,得到的聚丙烯粉料堆积密度为0.46g/cm^3,等规度为98.9%。使用BCZ-108催化剂在40kg/h的Innovene气相中试装置通过氢调法成功制备了高熔指(29.0±2.0)g/10min高橡胶含量(28.0±2.0)wt%抗冲聚丙烯,生产过程中装置运行平稳,活性为27.0kg PP/gcat左右。得到的高熔指高橡胶含量抗冲聚丙烯粉料颗粒形态好,细粉少,流动性好;最终粒料成品力学性能优良。The BCZ-108 propylene polymerization catalyst(BCZ-108 catalyst)suit for Innovene gas phase plant was developed.The BCZ-108 catalyst has good particle morphology and narrow size distribution.In the test bulk polymerization,the activity of BCZ-108 catalyst was 74.3kgPP/gcat.2h and has a slow attenuation rate.The bulk density and the isotacticity of polypropylene obtained were 0.46g/cm3 and 98.9%respectively.The high melting index(29.0±2.0)g/10min and high rubber content(28.0±2.0)wt%impact polypropylene was successfully prepared by BCZ-108 catalyst on the Innovene gas phase pilot test(40kg/h).The plant ran smoothly during the process of production and the polymerization activity was 27.0kgPP/gcat.The impact polypropylene powder has good particle morphology,less fine powder content and good fluidity.The final resin product enjoys excellent mechanical properties.
