摘　　要：本文对组成核安保文化的基本要素如信念和态度、行为准则、管理系统以及行为等进行了简单描述,讨论了核安保文化和核安全文化的关系。对我国某核设施进行了核安保文化调查问卷。对我国核设施核安保文化的现状进行了分析,并提出了核安保文化在我国适用的若干建议。The elements of nuclear security culture such as beliefs and attitudes,principles,management system and behaviour are described.The relationship between nuclear security culture and safety culture is also discussed.An investigation on nuclear sucurity culture is implemented at a civil nuclear facility.The status of security culture at nuclear facility in China is analysized.Some advice on the development of security culture for nuclear facility in China is suggested.
