摘  要:随着延迟焦化装置原料的重质化、劣质化趋势增加,原料中的盐含量越来越高,导致分馏塔顶部塔盘、顶循系统结盐,影响装置的安全、平稳运行,会导致分馏塔压降增大、汽油干点升高、分馏塔系统操作紊乱。本文介绍镇海炼化某套延迟焦化装置通过增设分馏塔汽油段集液箱、粗汽油至顶循回流的流程等措施,在水洗期间用粗汽油代替顶循下回流,确保分馏塔顶循在线水洗期间汽油产品质量合格,避免了传统的顶循水洗操作过程中塔顶温度无法控制、汽油产品不合格、顶循温度过高影响水洗效果等问题,成功解决了顶循水洗产生大量污油和水洗效果差的问题,保证了装置的平稳运行,并取得了良好经济效益与环保效果。As the feed of Delayed Coking Unit is getting heavier and worse,the salt concentration in the feed is also higher and higher which leads to the salt deposition at the upper tray in the fractionator and the top circulating system.Also the normal running of the whole unit is influenced.And the pressure drop of the fractionator would get larger,the dry point of the gasoline would get higher and the whole fractionator would get messed.This article introduced a few methods like installing the liquid collecting tray at the gasoline part of the fractionator and adding a new process that raw gasoline joining the top circulating system.The raw gasoline would replace the top circulating system lower backflow during the water rinsing which would guarantee the quality of the gasoline and prevent a series of problems like the top temperature is hard to control,the gasoline product is disqualified and the water rinsing effect is not as good as expected which may occurred in the conventional water rinsing operation.This method would not create large amount of sump oil and bring good water rinsing effect.The safe running of the unit is secured and all these are economic beneficial and environmental friendly.
