摘　　要：本文介绍了腰轮流量计的结构、工作原理,分析了该流量计在原油外输计量及检定中出现的问题,并依据实际运行情况提出具体做法及建议。This paper introduces the structure and working principle of the waist wheel flowmeter,analyzes the problems in the measurement and verification of the flow meter in crude oil,and puts forward some concrete methods and suggestions according to the actual operation.
