摘　　要：水平套管井利用水泥封堵水淹层位及泥岩段,选择性射开油气层,可以有效延长油井无水生产期并控制油井出水。通过对水平套管井砾石充填防砂施工过程中技术难点的分析并给出技术方案,成功实施了水平套管井砾石充填防砂作业。实践证明,水平套管井可以实现油井稳油控水的目的。The flooded and mudstone layers will be sealed by cement in the horizontal casing well,and the oil and gas layers are shoot selectively,so the water-free production period of the oil well can be effectively prolonged and the water output of the oil well is controlled.The technical scheme is given through the analysis of the technical difficulties in the gravel pack sand control of horizontal casing well,and the gravel pack sand control operation of horizontal casing well is successfully carried out.Practice shows that the purpose of stabilizing oil production and controlling water cut is achieved in the horizontal casing well.
