摘  要:目的:利用全国版DRGs为风险调整工具,评价医院科室住院服务产出,为医院精细化管理提出建议。方法:以江苏省某医院的神经内科为例,通过CN-DRGs医院绩效评价平台和数据透视表,分析神经内科的医疗服务能力、医疗服务效率。结果:院神经内科住院服务水平逐步向好,住院天数控制效果好,住院费用管理还需加强。结论:建议医院开展病种精细化管理,搭建DRGs绩效评价平台,加强医务人员培训。Objective:Using the national version of DRGs as a risk adjustment tool,the hospital department’s in-patient service output was evaluated and recommendations were made for the refinement of hospital management.Methods:The department of neurology in a hospital in Jiangsu province was taken as an example.Through CN-DRGs hospital performance evaluation platform and data pivot table,the medical service ability and medical service efficiency in neurology department were analyzed.Results:The level of inpatient service in the neurology department of the hospital gradually improved,the control of hospitalization days was good,and the management of hospitalization costs needed to be strengthened.Conclusion:It is recommended that the hospital conduct fine management based on disease types,building a DRGs performance evaluation platform,and strengthening the training of medical personnel.
