摘　　要：目的:建立与实施淮安市"血液冷链"框架,保障临床用血质量与安全。方法:采取独立设置储血点,规划供血区域,理顺采、储血点工作职责,建立健全"血液冷链"管理制度,构建"血液冷链"管理培训长效机制;引进血液运输专用箱、温度监控系统及血液运输温度监控芯片等,加强"血液冷链"监督管理。结果:初步建立实施淮安市"血液冷链"框架。结论:"血液冷链"框架的建立与实施,为临床输血质控中心对"血液冷链"管理监督和检查提供规范性依据,保障了血液贮存、运输的质量,为临床提供安全、可靠的血液及制品。Objective:To establish and implement the“cold chain of blood”frame in Huai’an City to ensure the quality and safety of clinical blood supply.Methods:Setting up blood storage points independently,planning blood supply areas,straightening out blood collection points and working duties of blood storage points,establishing and perfecting the management system of“cold chain of blood”,constructing long-term mechanism of management of“cold chain of blood”,introducing special box of blood transportation,Haier temperature monitoring system and blood transportation temperature monitoring chip,ensuring flexible application of Huai’an clinical blood transfusion quality control center management function,to strengthen“blood cold chain”supervision and management.Results:the frame of“blood cold chain”in Huai’an city was established preliminarily.Conclusion:The establishment and implementation of the framework of“blood cold chain”in Huai’an City has strengthened the training of medical institutions and blood collection organizations,providing normative basis For clinical transfusion to quality control center in“blood cold chain”management supervision and inspection.It has guaranteed the blood storage,the transportation quality,providing safe and reliable blood and relative products for clinical use.
