摘 要:从聚合物乳液胶体的角度,讨论了水基胶体涂料与溶剂型涂料性能差异的起因;介绍了聚合物乳液主要的胶体特性;简单地分析了聚合物乳液的胶体特性对于工业漆耐盐雾、光泽、流变等性能的影响。提出充分了解水性工业漆的使用特点是优化涂料配方和涂装条件和方式的基础,结合聚合物乳液性能的改进将有助于提高水性工业漆性能的观点。Viewed from the characteristics of polymer emulsion,the reasons of performance difference between waterborne emulsion coatings and solvent-based coatings were discussed.The typical properties of the polymer emulsion were introduced and the effects of polymer emulsion on salt fog resistance,gloss and rheological property,etc.were analyzed.It was indicated that good understanding of waterborne industrial coatings was conducive for the optimization of formula design and coating process,meanwhile,the further modification of polymer emulsion was useful for the performance improvement of the waterborne industrial coatings.
