摘  要:以油酸与二乙烯三胺合成咪唑啉中间体,用亚磷酸二甲酯将咪唑啉中间体季铵化为水溶性季铵盐缓蚀剂。结果表明,咪唑啉季铵盐的最佳合成条件为:咪唑啉中间体与磷酸二甲酯摩尔比为1∶0.8,季铵化温度90℃,季铵化反应时间5 h,溶剂为异丙醇。40×10-6亚磷酸二甲酯改性合成的季铵盐缓蚀剂在1mol/L的HCl溶液中的缓蚀率高达98.3%。An imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt corrosion inhibitor was prepared by conversion of the imidazoline with dimethyl phosphate wherein the imidazoline was synthesized from oleic acid and diethylenetriamine.The results showed that the corrosion rate of the imidazolines quaternary modified with 40 ppm dimethyl phosphate could reach up to 98.3%in the HCl solution of 1mol/L when the molar ratio of imidazoline to dimethyl phosphite was 1∶0.8,the quaterization temperature was 90℃,the reaction time was 5 h,and the solvent was dimethylcarbinol
