摘　　要：论文通过梳理我国档案馆立法沿革和现状,分析档案馆法律法规特点,总结新中国成立以来的档案馆立法规律,探讨加快我国档案馆专门立法的紧迫性、可行性,从立法路径选择和立法要明确的主要问题提出我国档案馆专门立法的建议。By combing the legislative evolution and present situation of the archives in China,thispaper analyzes the characteristics of the laws and regulations of the archives,summarizes the rules of the legislation of the archives since the founding of the new China,and probes into the urgency and feasibility of speeding up the special legislation of the archives in our country,and puts forward suggestions by the choice of the legislative path and the main problems to be clearly defined in the legislation.
