保护自动化装置CPU板卡自动测试系统的设计与实现

摘　　要：设计了易于生产管理的CPU板卡自动测试系统,详细描述了测试设备、被测机箱的功能及硬件组成。剖析了测试系统的软件解决方案,对开入、开出、AD采样、串口、以太网等功能的硬件测试方法进行了详细说明。在对新设计的CPU板卡进行测试时,通过更换辅助测试板,修改PC机上相应的测试用例脚本,就能实现对该CPU板卡的测试。该测试系统已经在车间实用。经实践证明,CPU板卡自动测试系统能提高生产的安全性和生产效率,避免人工测试中的漏测试、错接线等质量隐患,提高产品的质量,节省人力成本,降低维护成本。The automatic test system of CPU card is designed for production management.The function and hardware composition of the test device and of the case being tested are detailed.The software solutions of the test system are analyzed.Hardware test method of digital input,digital output,AD sampling,serial ports,ethernet ports and so on are detailed.While has a new CPU board,the test of the CPU board is realized by changing the auxiliary test board and by modifying the PC test script corresponded the CPU board.This test system has been applied in factory.It is proved by practice,the test system can improve production safety,and improve production efficiency,and avoid the leakage test,wiring fault or other quality hidden troubles,and save the human cost,and reduce the maintenance costs.
