摘 要:基于混凝土脆性开裂模型,对钢筋混凝土锈胀开裂的演化过程进行了细观数值模拟。模拟结果显示,脆性开裂模型可以使模拟结果生成裂纹分布图形,从而直观的表征锈胀裂缝的产生、扩展情况。裂缝起裂位置垂直于最大位移加载方向,在最接近界面层的位置首先产生裂缝,并通过脆弱的界面层绕过骨料,向保护层边缘扩展,最终贯通保护层。模拟结果与实测锈胀裂缝分布较为一致,表明基于脆性开裂模型的细观模拟计算可靠。Based on the brittle fracture model of concrete,the evolution of corrosion-induced cracking process of reinforced concrete is presented by the meso-scale numerical simulation.As is shown by the simulation result,the brittle fracture model can generate the crack distribution pattern,which can visually describe the formation and expansion of corrosion-induced cracking.The crack initiation position is perpendicular to the loading direction of the maximum displacement.At the location closest to the interfacial layer,cracks are generated initially,and then through the fragile interface layer to bypass the aggregate,extending to the edge of the concrete cover,and finally through the concrete cover.The simulated results are in good agreement with the measured distributions of corrosion-induced cracks,which shows that the mesoscopic simulation based on the brittle fracture model is reliable.
