摘 要:为了探究淤泥资源化利用的方式,对富含有机质淤泥烧结陶粒的性能进行探究。通过不同掺糠量以及不同烧结温度的试样的堆积密度,1 h吸水率,压汞(MIP)等手段对焙烧陶粒的性能进行评价,构建膨胀原理示意图。试验结果表明:发现相比较于焙烧温度为950℃的陶粒,焙烧温度为1150℃的陶粒具有堆积密度高、吸水率低,孔隙率低的特点;当焙烧温度一定时,掺糠量越大,堆积密度越小,吸水率越高,孔隙率越高;在掺糠量一定时,焙烧温度为1150℃的陶粒混凝土的无侧限抗压强度均高于焙烧温度为950℃的陶粒混凝土。In order to explore the way of sludge utilization,the properties of sintered ceramsite with rich organic matter silt was explored.The properties of sintered ceramsite were evaluated by means of stacking density,1 h water adsorption and MIP of samples in different bran amounts and roasting temperatures,and expansion principles schematic diagram in established.The results show that:compared with the roasting temperature of 950℃ceramsite,the roasting temperature of 1150℃ceramsite has the characteristics of high stacking density,low water absorption and low porosity.When the roasting temperature is fixed,the larger the amount of bran,the smaller the stacking density,the higher the water absorption,and the higher the porosity.The unconfined compressive strength of ceramsite concrete with roasting temperature of 1150℃is higher than that of ceramsite concrete with 950℃roasting temperature.
