摘 要:新拌水泥基材料的流变性能表面上影响其施工性能,实质上决定了其结构的力学性能和耐久性能。水泥基材料的流变性能是时间和温度的非线性函数,获得不同温度下水泥基材料流变性能时变规律,是确保水泥基材料施工质量的关键。基于净浆、砂浆、混凝土三个层次详细介绍了温度对新拌水泥基材料流变性能影响,从水泥水化反应速率、有效水含量和减水剂分散效果三个方面分析了温度影响新拌水泥基材料流变性能的机理,以期为不同温度下水泥基材料施工提供指导。The rheological properties of fresh cement-based materials affect the performance of concrete construction ostensibly,and it essentially decides the mechanical properties and durability of concrete structure.The rheological properties of cement-based materials are nonlinear functions of temperature and time.The key to ensure the construction quality of cement-based materials is to obtain the time-varying evolution of rheological properties of cement-based materials at different temperatures.The effects of temperature on the rheological properties of paste,mortar and concrete were reviewed in detail.From three aspects including the rate of cement hydration,effective water content and dispersion efficiency of superplasticizer,the mechanism of temperature effects on rheological properties of fresh cement-based materials were introduced.It was expected to provide guidance for the construction of cement-based materials at different temperatures.
