摘  要:废旧橡胶轮胎堆弃具有严重的安全及健康隐患,将橡胶加入到混凝土中不仅能扩大混凝土的应用范围还能解决废旧轮胎难处理的问题。综合国内外最新研究成果对橡胶混凝土性能进行了分析,介绍了橡胶混凝土的特性,并从粘结强度,弹性模量以及水泥水化反应等角度阐述了橡胶混凝土的强度降低机理。介绍了橡胶混凝土强度的影响因素和最新的胶粉溶剂处理、预裹附胶凝材料处理、偶联剂处理以及氧化-磺化等表面处理方式对橡胶混凝土强度的改善措施,对开发方法简便、强度改善效果好并且成本低的橡胶表面改性方式以及橡胶混凝土的开发应用提供有价值的参考依据。Disposal of waste tire rubber has high safety and health risks.The addition of rubber into concrete can not only expand the scope of application of concrete but also solve the problem of disposal of waste tires which is still difficult to deal with.Based on the recent research findings both in China and abroad,this paper gives a review on the performance and characteristics of rubber concrete as well as the strength reduction mechanism of rubber concrete in perspectives of bonding strength,elastic modulus and cement hydration reaction.In addition,the influencing factors of the strength of rubber concrete and several surface modification measures to improve the strength of rubber concrete were also introduced such as the newest solvent treatment of rubber powder,the pre-coating of cementitious material,the treatment of coupling agent and oxidation-sulfonation.This review provided the valuable reference for the development and application of rubber concrete and the exploitation of simple,effective and low cost rubber surface modification methods.
