摘 要:热泵站换热器表面存在了一种不受欢迎的沉积物—污垢。在热泵站的运行中,由于多方面的原因,换热器设备和管道线路当中都会产生很多如结焦、油污垢、水垢、沉积物、腐蚀产物、聚合物、菌类、藻类、粘泥等污垢。结垢是一个复杂的物理化学过程,根据不同的物理化学过程对污垢进行分类,了解各种成分污垢的成因,才能针对不同类型的污垢采取相应的防治和清除措施。文章通过对污垢生长的全周期性监测,分析热泵站系统的性能及污垢的生长和抑制机制,提出相应除垢、抑垢策略。There is an undesirable deposit fouling on the heat exchanger surface of a heat pump station.In the operation of the heat pump station,due to various reasons,the heat exchanger equipment and the pipeline line will produce a lot of things such as coking,oil dirt,scale,sediment,corrosion products,polymers,fungi,algae,slime and other dirt.Scaling is a complex physical and chemical process.According to different physical and chemical processes,the classification of the dirt and the understanding of the causes of various components of dirt can take corresponding measures for the prevention and removal of different types of dirt.In this paper,through the full-period monitoring of the fouling growth,the performance of the heat pump station system and the growth and inhibition mechanisms of the fouling are analyzed,and the corresponding descaling and scale inhibition strategies are proposed
