摘　　要：在协同创新环境下,从联盟合作社会趋势、馆际共性合作基础与信息技术建设支撑等方面分析跨系统档案馆信息联盟建设的可行性,深入构建涵盖跨系统档案馆信息联盟组织管理协同、资源聚合协同与公共服务协同的三位一体建设模式并提出协同创新环境下跨系统档案馆信息联盟的建设建议。Under the environment of collaborative innovation,the feasibility of cross-system archives information alliance construction is systematically analyzed from the perspectives of cooperative social trends in cooperation,inter-library general cooperation foundations,and support for information technology construction,and in-depth construction of cross-system archives information alliances,organizational management collaboration,and The threein-one construction model of resource aggregation collaboration and public service collaboration and proposes the construction of cross-system archives information alliance under the environment of collaborative innovation.
