摘　　要：本文运用相关史料梳理澳大利亚国家档案馆由萌芽状态到最终成立的发展历史,分析其在不同发展时期的历史背景及特征,探究澳大利亚国家档案馆成立的推动因素。研究发现,在澳大利亚国家档案馆发展的不同历史时期,对档案证据价值和文化价值的侧重也有所不同。时代发展对档案馆社会功能提出的不同要求,是其在两种价值取向间摇摆的关键所在。对两种价值认识的不断成熟,是国家档案馆发展的内在动因。The article reviews the development history of the National Archives of Australia by reference to relevant historical materials and analyzes its features in different development periods,thereby exploring the driving factors for the establishment of National Archives of Australia.In different historical periods of development,the emphasis on the evidence value and cultural value of archives also varies.The different requirements for the social functions of archives are the key to the swing of the two values.The continuous maturity of the comprehension in these two values is the internal motivation for the development of the national archives.
