摘  要:针对国内某焙烧氰化尾渣进行了高温氯化焙烧提金试验,本文考察了不同因素对金银挥发率的影响,并在综合条件试验中得到金的最佳挥发率97.4%。按照试验回收率以及处理成本(估算)进行初步技术经济评估,结果表明,高温氯化焙烧技术不仅能有效回收尾渣中金银,还具备较好的经济效益,是可行的氰化尾渣处理工艺,但该工艺未来还应在节能降耗、提高氯化挥发物回收率方面加以改进。Experiments on gold recover from cyanide tailings of a gold smelting plant were carried out by high temperature chlorination roasting,the effects of different factors on the volatilization rate of gold and silver were investigated,and the best volatilization rate of gold 97.4%was obtained in the comprehensive condition test.The preliminary technical and economic evaluation was carried out according to the test recovery rate and the treatment cost(estimation).The results show that the high temperature chlorination roasting technology can not only effectively recover the gold and silver in the tailings,but also has good economic benefits.It is a viable cyanide tailings treatment process,but the process should be improved in the future in terms of energy saving and chlorination recovery.
