摘 要:通过对某双吸离心泵优化前后仿真建模,并对压力分布、速度分布情况进行流场仿真分析,对比测试,调整优化方案,达到预期效果。优化后进出口段阻力损失降低约13%,叶片的低压大幅提升,抗气蚀性能远远优于优化前,叶片速度超过20 m/s的区域很少,速度均匀度高,泵壳旋流涡左右对称,有利于转轮轴向力的平衡,测试效率提高6.3%,高效点向大流量偏移,高效区变宽,为同类型双吸离心泵的优化提供了一定参考。Numerical simulation of the double-suction centrifugal pump was carried out after building 3D models of the improved and the former one.Desired results were achieved by contrast testing and adjusting optimization scheme.After optimization,the resistance loss of inlet and outlet section is reduced by about 13%,the low pressure of blade is greatly improved,and the anti-cavitation performance is far superior to that before optimization.The area of blade velocity exceeding 20 m/s is few,the velocity uniformity is high,the swirl vortex of pump shell is symmetrical,which is beneficial to the balance of axial force of runner.The test efficiency is increased by 6.3%,and the high efficiency point is deviated to large flow rate,the high efficiency zone is wide,which provides a reference for the optimization of the same type double suction centrifugal pump.
