摘　　要：文章以上海对外经贸大学图书馆新馆文献资源布局工作实践为例,研究了基于三线动态典藏的图书馆纸质文献资源的布局设计思路和措施,旨在为高校图书馆文献资源布局的设计、优化提供参考和借鉴。指出基于三线动态典藏的文献资源布局具有必要性,其对馆藏文献资源的二次建设、优化完善馆藏文献结构、提高馆藏文献资源利用效率,具有重要的实践指导意义。This article,taking the layout practice of the literature resources of the new library of the Shanghai Foreign Trade University Library as an example,makes a research on the layout design ideas and measures of the paper resources based on the three-line dynamic collection,aiming at providing reference for university libraries.It points out that the layout of the literature resources based on the three-line dynamic collection has important practical guiding significance for the second resources construction,the optimization and improvement of the structure as well as the utilization efficiency improvement of the collection.
