摘 要:针对发夹型毫米波微带带通滤波器工作通带窄、寄生通带高的问题,提出了基于U型和L型谐振器的毫米波微带带通滤波器。该滤波器通过改变发夹型毫米波微带带通滤波器的谐振器形状,使用U型与L型谐振器交替级联的结构,以增强级间耦合、降低结构重复度的方式达到了拓宽工作带宽,抑制寄生通带的效果。仿真结果表明,与4阶发夹型毫米波微带带通滤波器相比,使用同阶的UL型谐振滤波器,它的相对带宽展宽了48.5%,寄生通带抑制增强15.1dB。与仿真波形相比,实物测量时滤波器的中心频率略有降低,带内衰减略有增加,这是由介质不均匀以及加工精度等原因带来的误差,并不影响对此结构滤波器优势的验证。Aiming at the narrow passband and the high spurious band in hairpin millimeter-wave microstrip bandpass filter,a method was proposed to design 4-order millimeter-wave microstrip bandpass filter based on U-shaped and L-shaped resonator.By changing the shape of the resonator in the hairpin millimeter wave microstrip bandpass filter,the U-shaped and L-shaped resonator alternate structure is used in this method to enhance interstage coupling and reduce structural repetition,then the bandwidth was expanded and the spurious band is suppressed.The simulation results showed that,this filter compared with the 4-order hairpin millimeter wave microstrip bandpass filter,the relative passband was increased by 48.5%and the spurious band was suppressed by 15.1 dB.When the measured results compared with the simulation results,the center frequency was slightly smaller,and the in-band attenuation was slightly increased.The deviation was caused by asymmetrical medium and processing inaccuracy,which did not influence the advantages of this filte.
