摘 要:针对传统的火药作动器需要设计可动元件定位结构,不利于作动器工程化应用的问题,提出了滑动销与基板过盈配合的微小型火药作动器。该作动器采用过盈配合的方式将可动部件滑动销与作动器基板装配一起,简化了传统火药作动器结构。理论简化模型和数值仿真结果表明,过盈量与最小推力之间呈明显的线性关系,数值仿真结果与简化模型理论分析结论一致,从理论上得出了过盈量与最小装药量的函数关系,为基于过盈配合的火药作动器的设计奠定了理论基础,推动了微小型火药作动器的工程化应用。For the traditional propellant actuator has a movable element positioning structure,which is not conducive to the engineering application of actuator,a miniature propellant actuator with interference fit between the sliding pin and the base plate was put forward.The actuator adopted the interference fit method to assemble the movable component sliding pin and the actuator substrate,and simplified the traditional gunpowder actuator structure.The theoretical simplified model and numerical simulation results showed that there was a clear linear relationship between the interference and the minimum thrust.The numerical simulation results agreed with the theoretical analysis of the simplified model.In this paper,the functional relationship between interference and minimum charge was theoretically derived,which lay a theoretical foundation for the design of propellant actuator based on interference fit,and promoted the engineering application of micro propellant actuator.
