改良关节囊形成术在大龄儿童及青少年发育性髋关节脱位患者保髋治疗中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的深入探究改良关节囊形成术在大龄儿童及青少年发育性髋关节脱位患者保髋治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月~2016年12月来本院治疗发育性髋关节脱位的大龄儿童及青少年患者120例,随机分为研究组与对照组,每组60例,研究组与对照组分别采用改良后关节囊形成术和未改良的关节囊形成术治疗髋关节脱位治疗法,记录分析两组患者的治疗效果及患者满意度。结果研究组患者治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良关节囊形成术在大龄儿童及青少年治疗发育性髋关节脱位上的治疗效果极佳,引发并发症的概率较低,治疗效果极好,大龄儿童及青少年患者及家属的满意度较高。Objective To explore the effect of improved joint capsule formation in the treatment of hip joint dislocation in older children and adolescents.Methods In our hospital treatment of 120 older children and adolescents with developmental dislocation of the hip in January 2016 to December 2016,were randomly divided into study group and control group two groups,each group of 60 people,the study group and the control group was treated with improved after formation of joint capsule and joint capsule is not improved for the treatment of dislocation of hip joint the treatment method,record and analyze the treatment effect and patient satisfaction of two groups of patients.Results The effective rate of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the patients'satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified articular capsule formation is effective in treating developmental dislocation of hip in older children and adolescents,with lower probability of complications and better treatment effect.The satisfaction of older children and adolescents and their family members is higher.
