红藤解毒汤联合盐酸左氧氟沙星胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察红藤解毒汤联合盐酸左氧氟沙星胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法选取2016年3月~2017年9月在本院接受治疗的慢性盆腔炎患者114例为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为两组,各57例。对照组给予盐酸左氧氟沙星胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合红藤解毒汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血清炎症因子、盆腔积液深度、盆腔炎性包块直径及不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率94.74%(54/57)较对照组78.94%(45/57)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组TNF-α、IL-6及CRP水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组盆腔积液深度、盆腔炎性包块直径均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未有严重不良反应。结论红藤解毒汤联合盐酸左氧氟沙星胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎效果显著,可降低炎症因子水平,减少盆腔积液,促进患者康复进程加快,且用药具有一定安全性。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Hongteng Jiedu decoction combined with levofloxacin hydrochloride capsules in treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID).Methods 114 CPID patients treated in the hospital from March 2016 to September 2017 were selected,and they were divided into two groups by random number table,57 cases in each group.Control group was given levofloxacin hydrochloride capsules,while observation was treated with Hongteng Jiedu decoction based on control group.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors,depth of pelvic effusion,diameter of pelvic inflammatory mass,adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group[94.74%(54/57)]was higher than control group[78.94%(45/57)](P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,CRP in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the depth of pelvic effusion and diameter of pelvic inflammatory mass in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05);there were no severe adverse reactions in two groups.Conclusion Hongteng Jiedu decoction combined with levofloxacin hydrochloride capsules in treatment of CPID is effective,it can decrease the levels of inflammatory factors,reduce pelvic effusion,promote patients’recovery,which has certain safety.
