家庭访视护理用于社区老年高血压患者中对服药遵从行为和家庭功能的影响探讨

摘　　要：目的分析家庭访视护理用于社区老年高血压患者中对服药遵从行为和家庭功能的影响。方法 2015年7月~2017年9月,于本社区收治的老年高血压患者中选取86例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组患者进行常规管理,观察组在对照组基础上对患者进行家庭访视护理,对比两组患者护理前后家庭功能与服药遵从行为情况。结果相较于护理前,两组患者护理后各项家庭功能评分、服药遵从行为评分均有所提高,且相较于对照组,观察组提高幅度更大(P<0.05)。结论家庭访视护理用于社区老年高血压患者护理管理中的效果显著,能有效改善患者的服药遵从行为与家庭功能,可推广。Objective To analyze the effect of family-based nursing care on medication compliance and family function in community elderly hypertensive patients.Methods From July 2015 to September 2017,86 elderly hypertensive patients admitted to this community were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were routinely managed.On the basis of the control group,patients in the observation group Family care visits were conducted to compare family functioning and medication compliance behavior before and after care in both groups.Results Compared with the control group,all the scores of family function and medication compliance were improved in both groups before and after treatment,and the observation group had more improvement than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Family-based nursing is effective in nursing management of elderly hypertensive patients in the community,which can effectively improve patients'medication compliance and family functions and can be promoted.
