摘 要:为了能够有效保证现代飞机虚拟维修的可靠性及可行性,就实现了基于Delmia的飞机虚拟维修仿真及评价平台。首先,通过三维建模技术实现飞机维修过程中包含的维修工具、对象、工人、厂房和设备等创建模型,到虚拟维修环境中集成,实现飞机部件维修在维系过程中的计算机仿真,提前掌握在维修时候不合理的操作,之后根据人机功效原理实现维修过程的全面优化和修改,然后利用Delmia系统中强大的3D设计功能实现飞机虚拟维修仿真及评价。最后实现系统的验证,验证结果表示,本文所设计的基于Delmia飞机虚拟维修仿真和评价平台能够实现飞机虚拟维修仿真,并且还能够有效满足维修可靠性及可行性的需求。In order to effectively guarantee the reliability and feasibility of modern aircraft virtual maintenance,we realized the virtual maintenance simulation and evaluation platform based on Delmia.First of all,through the realization of the process of aircraft maintenance includes maintenance tools,objects,workers,plant and equipment to create a model of 3D modeling technology,the integration of virtual maintenance environment,the realization of computer simulation of aircraft maintenance in the process of maintaining the master in the maintenance when the unreasonable operation in advance,according to ergonomics principle to achieve a comprehensive optimize and modify the maintenance process,and then use 3D to design a powerful Delmia system to realize the simulation and evaluation of aircraft virtual maintenance.Finally,the system is verified.The results show that the virtual maintenance simulation and evaluation platform based on Delmia can achieve the virtual maintenance simulation of aircraft,and it can also effectively meet the needs of reliability and feasibility of maintenance.
