摘  要:针对高含水原油的含水率测量问题,设计了一种由电容传感器组成的测量系统进行测量。首先对原油高含水率的测量原理进行了分析,利用被测介质的物理特性对传感器进行设计。为了实现对电容传感器的电容值进行测量,设计了一种由积分器以及被测电容等组成的电容测量电路。信号转换并输入单片机,利用单片机的比较器以及定时器对信号进行处理。为了测试电路的合理性,对不同电容值进行了实验,分析处理实验数据,电容测量误差达到了0.009 4,证明该电容测量电路设计合理,准确性高。Aiming at the problem of moisture content measurement in high-water-content crude oil,a measuring system composed of capacitive sensors was designed to measure.First of all,the principle of measuring the high moisture content of crude oil was analyzed,and the sensor was designed based on the physical properties of the measured medium.In order to measure the capacitance of the capacitance sensor,a capacitance measurement circuit composed of an integrator and a measured capacitance is designed.Signal conversion and input microcontroller,the use of single-chip comparator to achieve the capacitance signal calculation.In order to test the rationality of the circuit,different capacitance values were tested,the experimental data were analyzed and processed,the error of the capacitance measurement reached 0.009 4,which proves that the capacitance measurement circuit has reasonable design and high accuracy.
