摘 要:针对现代电梯事故发生机率不断提高的背景下,本文设计了基于CANBus的电梯物联网监控系统。将CANBus作为系统的底层协议,基于LwIP实现网络之间的相互通信,将收集到的电梯状态数据上传到远方服务器,之后服务器将数据存储到数据库,利用对数据库中的电梯故障类型和数量等信息实现电梯性能的全面评估,从而为电梯的检修提供参考建议、并且还实现了网络电话及视频监控的多种功能。通过运行试验表示,本文所设计的系统较为合理,并且成本较低,具有较强的兼容性,能够有效提高电梯检修的效率,其应用前景良好。In view of the continuous improvement of the incidence of modern elevator accidents,this paper designed the elevator IOT monitoring system based on CANBus.CANBus as the underlying protocol system,LwIP to achieve mutual communication between networks based on the collected data to the remote server to lift state after the upload,the server sends the data to the database in memory,using a comprehensive evaluation of the database in the elevator fault type and quantity of information such as the implementation of the lift performance,so as to lift the maintenance,and also provide suggestions to achieve a variety of functions of Internet phone and video monitoring,if the elevator failure,but also be able to appease the trapped passengers.Finally,the running test shows that the system designed in this paper is reasonable,and the cost is low,and it has strong compatibility.It can effectively improve the efficiency of elevator maintenance,and has a good application prospect.
