三花鸡虎加味汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨三花鸡虎加味汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法选取2014年1月至2018年3月该院符合诊断标准的腰椎间盘突出症患者131例,随机分为治疗组(68例)和对照组(63例)。治疗组采用三花鸡虎加味汤治疗;对照组采用独一味胶囊,配合牵引、推拿、理疗综合治疗。观察、对比2组临床疗效。结果治疗组的总有效率为88.24%,明显优于对照组的71.42%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.348,P<0.05)。结论三花鸡虎加味汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切,建议推广。Objective To explore the efficacy of Sanhua Jihu Jiawei Decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods 131 patients with lumbar disc herniation who met the diagnostic criteria of the hospital from Janurary 2014 to March 2018 were randomly divided into treatment group(68 cases)and control group(63 cases).The treatment group was treated with Sanhuajihu Jiawei Decoction;the control group was treated with Duwei Capsule,combined with traction,massage and physiotherapy.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group(88.24%)was significantly better than the control group(71.42%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sanhuajihu Jiawei Decoction is effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and it is recommended to promote it.
