摘 要:高精度液压缸筒的深孔加工是国内外同行公认的难题之一。为解决这一问题,以TGK500-3000深孔镗滚数控机床为研究对象,主要完成机床的总体方案设计,确定了主传动系统、伺服进给传动系统、镗模和镗滚复合刀具等的主要结构和参数,从而保证了被加工缸筒轴线的直线度,降低了废品率,获得了较为满意的加工效果。The deep hole machining of high precision hydraulic cylinder is one of the most difficult problems recognized by domestic and overseas engineers and researchers.In order to solve this problem,the TGK500-3000 deep hole boring and rolling CNC machine tool was taken as the research object and the overall design of the machine tool was mainly completed.The main structure and parameters of the main drive system,servo feed drive system,boring die and boring and rolling compound tool were designed so as to ensure the straightness of the axis of the cylinder barrel when being machined.Then the scrap rate is reduced and satisfactory results are obtained.
