摘 要:针对目前施工单位所使用的HZY-06型抓岩机液压系统中所存在的复合动作不连贯、抓斗张开速度过慢、油温过高等问题,设计一种新型中心回转式抓岩机的液压系统。该系统采用负载敏感变量泵和负载敏感多路阀,并在抓斗油缸回路中设置差动连接,以满足复合动作连贯、功率损失小、张斗速度快的设计要求。为了验证系统设计的合理性,采用AMESim软件对变幅回转联动回路、抓斗油缸回路进行仿真分析与研究,仿真结果表明:复合动作可连贯运行,且抓斗张开所用时间仅1.55 s。In view of the problems of the compound action incoherence,the slow opening speed,and the high oil temperature of the hydraulic system for HZY-06 type grab loader which was used by construction unit,a new type of hydraulic system of central rotary grab loader was designed.In the system,load-sensitive variable displacement pump and load-sensitive multi-valve were used,and a differential connection was set up in the bucket cylinder circuit to meet the design requirements such as the compound action coherence,small power loss and fast grab opening speed.In order to verify the rationality of the system,the AMESim software was used to simulate and analyze the variable swing linkage loop and the grab cylinder loop.The simulation results show that the composite action is continuous and the opening time of the grab is only 1.55 s.
