摘  要:由于铝的熔化热和汽化热低,当使用快走丝线切割机加工铝合金时,易产生熔化反应,加工表面粗糙,产生的电蚀物粘附在钼丝上,使导电块早期磨损,并在钼丝与工件间产生非正常火花放电,在导电块表面上切割出细沟槽,引起夹丝、断丝现象。通过改进切割工艺及试验,得到了提高加工稳定性及切割面质量的措施和方法。Because of low fusion heat and vaporization heat of aluminum,when WEDM is used to machine aluminum alloy,melting reaction is easy to produce,machined surface is rough,the electrical erosion is adhered on the molybdenum wire,the conductive block is early weared,and abnormal spark discharge is generated between molybdenum wire and workpiece which cuts out small grooves on the surface of the conductive block,causing the phenomena of climping wire,broken wire.The measures and methods to improve the stability and the quality of cutting surface were obtained by improving the cutting process and experiment.
