摘　　要：目的:探讨吹氧疗法促进正常新生儿脐部愈合的效果。方法:选择60例足月活产新生儿,根据入院先后顺序随机分为对照组与试验组,比较两组新生儿在自然干燥法与二次剪脐+脐部吹氧两种不同干预方法下脐部愈合过程的差异,观察两组新生儿的脐带残端渗血、脐周皮肤情况、脐带残端溶解持续时间、脐窝皮肤覆盖愈合时间、家属自我护理满意度等指标。结果:试验组新生儿脐带残端渗血率30.00%少于对照组46.66%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组新生儿脐周皮肤完好率100.00%高于对照组83.33%。试验组脐带残端溶解持续时间别优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组脐窝皮肤覆盖愈合优良率66.67%优于对照组40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组新生儿出院家属后自我护理满意度率93.33%优于对照组73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:吹氧疗法应用于脐部基础护理,在促进脐部愈合过程有积极作用,家属家庭自我护理满意度高。Objective:To explore the effect of oxygenation therapy on the healing of umbilical cord in normal newborns.Methods:60 live-born neonates were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to the sequence of hospital admission.The difference of umbilical cord healing between two groups of newborns under different intervention methods was compared.The umbilical cord remnants of the two groups were observed.End bleed,umbilical skin condition,umbilical cord stump dissolution duration,umbilical fossa skin coverage healing time,family self-care satisfaction,and other indicators.Results:The excellent rate of lysate residue in the experimental group was 70.00%better than the control group(26.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent rate of healing of umbilical fossa coverage in the experimental group was 66.67%better than that of the control group(40.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the neonatal umbilical cord skin intact rate was 100.00%higher than the control group 83.33%;the experimental group neonatal umbilical cord bleeding rate 30.00%was less than the control group 46.66%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The self-care satisfaction rate of 93.33%in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(73.33%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of oxygen blowing therapy in umbilical basic nursing has a positive effect in promoting the process of umbilical healing,and the family self care is highly satisfactory.
