摘　　要：信息科技化时代,网络性能优化的关键技术备受社会各界的关注。在落实相关管理工作的过程中,要想使关键技术真正得到有效发挥,工作人员必须站在宏观发展的角度,将网络拥塞的控制网络性能的优化及网络服务质量的提升相结合。因此,结合几个重要的问题进行研究及分析,以期为实现我国网络技术的快速发展提供一定的借鉴和依据。In the era of information and science and technology,the network performance optimization of key technology is widespread attention from all walks of life,in the process of implementation of related management work,to truly realize the effective role in the key technology of,to participate in the staff must rely on the positive standing in the view of macroscopic development,network congestion control,network performance optimization and network quality of service to promote combination,so in this paper,combined with the several important problems for further research and analysis,and to realize the rapid development of network technology in China provide certain reference and the basis.
