摘　　要：网络安全等级保护是将信息系统中的信息按重要程度进行等级划分,采取相对应的保护措施,将信息系统与其防护措施保持状态平衡。笔者根据各省级新闻网站的信息系统状态及未来的应用需求,按照公安部对等级保护的要求,设计制定了关于网络安全技术方面的改造与管理方案,并进行有效实施。其中,主要项目内容有信息系统的计算机环境安全保护、加强网络信息系统安全的基础设施建设等。The network security level protection is to divide the information in the information system according to the degree of importance,take the corresponding protection measures,and keep the information system and its protection measures to balance.According to the information system status of the provincial news websites and the application requirements of the future,according to the requirements of the Ministry of public security for the level protection,the reform and management of the network security technology is designed and implemented,and the effective implementation is carried out.The main contents of the project include:the computer environment security protection of information system,strengthening the infrastructure construction of network information system security,etc.
