摘　　要：当前大数据、互联网+等新技术与理念在各领域的应用越来越广,笔者通过对云南省环境影响评价管理系统建设的背景、目标进行分析,阐述系统建设的技术路线、技术架构、部署架构和功能架构,总结系统建设的成果和应用效果,为下一步开展环评大数据的建设提供基础数据的保障。The current large data,Internet+and other new technologies and concepts are becoming more and more widely used in various fields.Through the analysis of the background and objectives of the construction of the environmental impact assessment management system in Yunnan Province,this paper expounds the technical route,technical framework,deployment architecture and functional framework of the system construction,and summarizes the achievements and needs of the system construction.The result will provide basic data support for the construction of EIA data.
