医院行政职能部门提升执行力的“五个一”工程实践

摘　　要：现代医院管理制度提出要实现医院治理体系和管理能力现代化,而医院行政职能部门在医院管理中起着引领带头作用,其执行力直接影响到医院精细化管理的效率。湖南省人民医院自2015年开始推行医院精细化管理,在行政职能部门能力建设上实施宣誓制度,在此基础上经过量化提出了"五个一"工程,分别从学习能力、服务能力、工作能力、管理能力与协作能力5个方面强化部门工作主动性,以点带面,获得了较好效果,使医院行政职能部门的执行能力得到了显著提升。The modern hospital management system required the modernization of hospital system and capacity for governance.The hospital administration departments play important roles on constructing modern hospital management system and their implementation capacity directly enhanced the hospital lean management efficiency.Hunan provincial hospital has promoted lean management since 2015.Five top project has been carried out to improve administration departments’implementation capacity in aspects of learning,service,work skill,management and coordination and has got some effectiveness.Hospital administration departments’implementation capacity has been significantly improved.
