某院抑酸药的临床使用情况分析

摘　　要：目的对抑酸药在济南某医院的使用情况进行分析。方法对2015-01至2017-12我院住院药房抑酸药各品种的使用数量、用药金额、科室的分布等数据调取,结合病历诊断及合用药物,了解抑酸药在临床的使用及分布情况。结果我院住院药房共有11种抑酸药,包括H_2受体拮抗剂(H_2 receptor antagonists,H_2RA)3种、质子泵抑制剂(proton pump inhibitors,PPIs)8种,其中PPIs的使用占主导地位,在抑酸药中的构成比为96.66%,且用药金额、使用数量都呈增长趋势。结论抑酸药在我院临床使用十分广泛,使用金额、数量巨大,但也存在不合理性,有待规范。Objective The objective of this study was to analyze the use of acid-suppressing drugs in a hospital in Ji'nan,Shandong province.Methods The number of drug use,the total sum of medication and its distribution in departments in this hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were retrieved,and the clinical use and distribution of acid-suppressing drugs were analyzed based on medical record diagnosis and combined drugs.Results There were 11 kinds of acid-suppressing drugs in the inpatient pharmacy,including 3 kinds of H2 receptor antagonists(H2RA)and 8 kinds of proton pump inhibitors(PPIs),in which PPIs accounted for the most(96.66%)and the sum of medication and usage quantity were on the rise.Conclusions Acid-suppressing drugs are widely used in this hospital and their cost as well as usage quantity are huge,yet there are unreasonable aspects that need to be standardized.
