重庆市铁路货运现状及相关问题研究

摘　　要：重庆市货物运输以公路与水路为主导,铁路货运占比仅为1.7%,低于全国平均水平。本文通过大数据采集,从产业货运需求、运输成本、设施运能、场站设施空间布局等方面分析重庆现状铁路货运发展存在的问题:与周边省市间的铁路运输时间成本都远高于高速公路;“重客轻货”以及缺少直达货运班列;南向、东向等对外货运主方向的铁路货运能力偏低;铁路网对工业园的覆盖情况不理想。最后,文章以问题为导向,基于铁路货运发展趋势,提出重庆市铁路货运发展建议。The freight transport in Chongqing is dominated by highway and waterway,and the freight ratio of railways accounts for only 1.7%,which is lower than the national average.Through big data acquisition,the problems existing in the development of railway freight transportation in Chongqing are analyzed from the perspectives of industry freight demand,transportation cost,facility transport capacity,and space layout of station facilities.Such as,the time cost of railway transportation between the neighboring provinces and cities is much higher than that of the expressway,“heavy light cargo”and the lack of direct freight trains,the southbound and eastbound freight carriers have a low freight capacity in the direction of external freight forwarders,and railway network coverage of industrial parks is unsatisfactory.Finally,based on the problem-oriented and the development trend of rail freight transport,Chongqing railway freight development proposals are put forward.
