老年2型糖尿病合并肺炎采用综合护理干预临床疗效的影响观察

摘　　要：目的:探究老年2型糖尿病合并肺炎采用综合护理干预临床疗效的影响。方法:收集94例2016年3月至2017年4月老年2型糖尿病合并肺炎患者,根据随机表分组。对照组采用常规护理干预;综合组采用综合护理干预。比较两组患者2型糖尿病合并肺炎转归率;平均住院时间、所需总医疗费用;护理环境满意度、护患沟通满意度、基础护理满意度;护理前后肺功能、血糖指标、生活质量。结果:综合组患者2型糖尿病合并肺炎转归率比对照组高,P<0.05;综合组平均住院时间、所需总医疗费用比对照组少,P<0.05;综合组护理环境满意度、护患沟通满意度、基础护理满意度比对照组高,P<0.05。干预前肺功能、血糖指标、生活质量相似,P>0.05。干预后综合组肺功能、血糖指标、生活质量优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:老年2型糖尿病合并肺炎采用综合护理干预临床疗效有提升作用,可通过提升护理服务质量提高患者满意度,改善临床指标,促进疾病转归,缩短住院时间,减少医疗费用。Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on elderly type 2 diabetic patients with pneumonia.Methods:A total of 94 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with pneumonia from March 2016 to April 2017 were collected and divided into groups according to a randomized table.The control group received routine nursing intervention;the comprehensive group used comprehensive nursing intervention.The incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with pneumonia was compared between the two groups.The average length of hospital stay and the total cost of medical care were required.The satisfaction of nursing environment,the satisfaction of nurse-patient communication and the satisfaction of basic nursing were evaluated.The pulmonary function,blood glucose and quality of life before and after nursing were compared.Results:The overall rate of type 2 diabetes mellitus combined pneumonia in the comprehensive group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The average length of hospital stay in the comprehensive group required less total medical cost than the control group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of nursing environment,Satisfaction with communication,basic nursing satisfaction than the control group,P<0.05.Before intervention,lung function,blood glucose,quality of life were similar,P>0.05.After intervention,the pulmonary function,blood glucose level and quality of life in the comprehensive group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with pneumonia can be improved.It can improve patient satisfaction,improve clinical indicators,promote the prognosis of illness,shorten the hospitalization time and reduce the medical expenses by improving the quality of nursing service.
