鼻息肉摘除术与鼻息肉摘除并鼻内筛窦切除术治疗鼻息肉的对比

摘　　要：目的:对鼻息肉患者予以鼻息肉摘除术与鼻息肉摘除并鼻内筛窦切除术治疗效果进行对应分析。方法:选择鼻息肉患者(80例),纳入研究的时间在2017年2月~2017年9月,按照入院顺序分为2组,标记为研究组的予以鼻息肉摘除术与鼻息肉摘除并鼻内筛窦切除术治疗,标记为对照组的予以单一的鼻息肉摘除术治疗,对组间临床治疗效果、复发率和术后并发症发生率进行统计和分析。结果:在组间观察项目的对比中,存在数据意义的项目有:临床治疗效果和复发率,并且,研究组均更有优势性,P<0.05;而组间对比中,术后并发症发生率的观察项目数据对比没有差异性,P>0.05。结论:对鼻息肉患者予以鼻息肉摘除术与鼻息肉摘除并鼻内筛窦切除术治疗的临床效果更为突出。purpose:to nasal polyps in patients with nasal polyps enucleation and nasal polyp excision and resection of the nasal sinus treatment effect for corresponding analysis.Methods:patients with nasal polyps(80 cases),included in the study of time in February 2017 to September 2017,divided into 2 groups,in order of admission shall be marked as team nasal polyps enucleation and nasal polyp excision and resection of the nasal sinus surgery treatment,marked as control group to be a single treatment of nasal polyps enucleation,clinical effect,the recurrence rate between the group and the statistics and analysis on the incidence of postoperative complications.Results:in group project comparison between observation,there is the meaning of data items are:clinical treatment effect and the recurrence rate,and the team has more advantages,P<0.05;And group,in the contrast between the incidence of postoperative complications of observation project data contrast no difference,P>0.05).Conclusion:for nasal polyps in patients with nasal polyps enucleation and nasal polyp excision and the treatment of nasal sinus surgery resection effect is more outstanding.
