摘 要:目的:探讨情景模拟教学法对呼吸科护理实习生教学效果的影响(以下简称护生)。方法:将40名在呼吸科实习的护生分成对照组(20名)和实验组(20名),对照组采用传统的一对一带教方式,按教学计划参加理论、操作、护理查房等培训。实验组除参加以上培训外,观看咯血患者急救的情景演示录像,实习结束参加操作考核。结果:实验组护生学习兴趣、应急能力、自主学习能力均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:运用情景模拟教学法使护生融入到特定的工作情境,激发她们的学习兴趣,拓展思考空间;通过转换角色,身临其境,体验患者感受,增强护生爱伤观念。Objective:Evaluated the effect of scene simulation teaching method in clinical lesson teaching for respiratory nursing students.Methods:40 respiratory nursing students were randomly divided into two groups:experimental group(n=20)and control group(n=20).According to their teaching plan,the control group was arranged for the traditional one to one teaching method.The experiment group was taught with traditional one to one teaching plus the scene simulation teaching method including the emergency therapy for hemoptysis patients.Results:The nursing students ability of emergency,independent learning and interest in learning were obviously improved in experiment group compared with the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:Scene simulation teaching method is effective in improving nursing students’learning interest,expanding their thinking space,enhancing their awareness of love hurt.
