老年慢性阻塞性肺炎合并糖尿病患者采用人性化护理干预对其生活质量影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年慢性阻塞性肺炎合并糖尿病患者采用人性化护理干预对其生活质量影响。方法:按照随机数字表法将2016年4月-2017年7月100例老年慢性阻塞性肺炎合并糖尿病患者分组。对照组采用常规的护理方案,观察组采用人性化护理干预。比较两组慢性阻塞性肺炎合并糖尿病转归率;护理满意评价、治疗依从行为、住院时间;干预前后患者不良心理状况和生活质量状况。结果:观察组慢性阻塞性肺炎合并糖尿病转归率高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组护理满意评价、治疗依从行为高于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,P<0.05;干预前两组不良心理状况和生活质量状况相近,P>0.05;干预后观察组不良心理状况显著减轻,而生活质量状况显著改善,均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:老年慢性阻塞性肺炎合并糖尿病患者采用人性化护理干预效果确切,可提升患者遵医行为,缩短治疗时间,有效改善患者预后,减轻其不良心理,改善其生活质量,患者满意度高,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the effect of humanized nursing intervention on quality of life in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and diabe tes mellitus.Methods:According to the random number table method,100 elderly COPD patients with diabetes were divided into groups from April 2016 to July 2017.The con trol group used routine nursing program,and the observation group used humanized nursing intervention.Comparisons of the prognosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease wi th diabetes mellitus were conducted.The nursing satisfaction evaluation,treatment compliance and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.The adverse psych ological status and quality of life before and after intervention were compared.Results:The prognosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with diabetes mellitus in observati on group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction evaluation,treatment compliance rate in observation group were higher than those in control grou p,and the length of stay in hospital was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05)The adverse psychological conditions were similar to those of the quality of life(P>0.05).After the intervention,the adverse psychological conditions of the observation group were significantly reduced,while the quality of life was significantly improved,both of which were be tter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of humanized nursing intervention in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and diabetes mellitu s is exact,which can improve the patient compliance and shorten the treatment time,effectively improve the prognosis,alleviate the adverse psychological condition and improve th e quality of life.Promotion.
