摘 要:目的:探究经过烫制法研制出的可过筛75μm±4.1μm筛孔直径的制马钱子粉,其急性毒性的强度。措施:用通过国家安全标准检测的实验鼠做相关实验,运用随机分组方式对其进行分组,进行药物的灌输,而后对实验对象进行认真的视察,精准的记录其存活前的异常情况、丧生时间和丧生数量,用所得数据计算出该实验毒物的半数致死量。结果:实验测得用烫制法研制出的可过筛75μm±4.1μm筛孔直径的制马钱子的半数致死量为67.02毫克每千克,其半数致死量的百分之九十五的可信区间为[64.12,70.04]毫克每千克。结论:得出了用烫制法研制出可过筛75μm±4.1μm筛孔直径的制马钱子的致命性和致毒性,为以后的医学治疗增加了参考和依据。Objective:To explore the hot preparation method developed can screen 75 m+4.1 m diameter sieve Strychnos powder,the acute toxicity of strength.Measures:to do experiments with mice through the national security standards,grouping them by random grouping,drug infusion,and then the experimental subjects were carefully inspected,accurate records of the abnormal situation,the survival time and the number of killed were killed,with the data to calculate the half the poison the lethal dose.Results:the experiment was developed by hot method can screen 75 m+4.1 m diameter sieve Strychnos LD50 was 67.02 mg per kg,confidence interval,the LD50 of ninety-five percent mg/kg for[64.12,70.04].Conclusion:the development of a deadly Strychnos sieve 75 m+4.1 m sieve pore diameter and toxicity by boiling method,increase the reference and basis for future medical treatment.
