助产士持续支持对分娩期孕妇积极分娩的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨分娩期助产士的持续支持对孕妇积极分娩的应用效果。方法便利选取在某二级甲等综合性医院阴道试产的428名孕妇,分为实验组222例和对照组206例。实验组活跃期给予助产士持续支持,对照组活跃期按常规半小时巡视。观察两组孕妇在分娩期间积极分娩的持续时间、疼痛缓解度、自然分娩成功率及产后并发症的发生率,调查两组孕妇及助产士对该举措实施的满意度。结果实验组大大提升了孕妇分娩期间积极分娩的持续时间,有效缓解了心理负担,降低了分娩疼痛率,提高了产妇经阴道分娩成功率,降低产后并发症,使得产妇满意度提升,助产士自我价值体现。结论分娩期助产士持续支持受到广大产妇的欢迎,有效提升产妇的自然分娩率及满意度,体现助产士的自我价值,值得各大医院妇产科借鉴与应用。Objective To explore the application effect of continuous support of midwife during childbirth.Methods a total of 428 pregnant women were selected in the vaginal trial of a comprehensive hospital of grade a and grade a,which were divided into 222 cases of the experimental group and 206 cases in the control group.During the active period of the experimental group,the midwives were given continuous support,while the control group was on a regular half-hour.Observe two groups of pregnant women in childbirth during the duration of the positive childbirth,degree of pain relief,natural birth success rate and the incidence of postpartum complications,investigation of two groups of pregnant women and midwives the satisfaction of the implementation of the measures.Results the experimental group,greatly increasing the duration of the positive childbirth pregnant women during childbirth,effectively alleviate the psychological burden,reduce the pain of delivery rate,improve the maternal by vaginal delivery success rate,reduce postpartum complications,make the satisfaction of maternal midwife self value.Conclusion intrapartum midwife continued support was welcomed by the masses of maternal,effectively improve maternal natural births and satisfaction,reflect the self-worth of midwives,is worthy of reference for each big hospital obstetrics and gynecology and application.
