参麦注射液联合通心络胶囊对慢性充血性心力衰竭患者心功能及血清LPO、sICAM-1、APN水平变化的影响

摘　　要：目的观察通心络胶囊联合参麦注射液对慢性充血性心力衰竭患者心功能及血清LPO、sICAM-1、APN水平变化的影响。方法选取2017年1月~2017年7月****医院收治的慢性充血性心力衰竭患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组100例。对照组给予基础治疗,实验组在对照组治疗基础上联合参麦注射剂和通心络胶囊进行治疗。分析两组患者临床疗效,比较两组治疗前后LVDD、LVEF、血清LPO、sICAM-1、APN水平变化。比较两组治疗有效率。结果治疗后,实验组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后较治疗前两组慢性充血性心力衰竭患者LVEDD显著降低,LVEF水平显著升高,且治疗组患者LVEDD水平显著低于对照组,LVEF水平显著高于对照组。治疗后血清LPO、sICAM-1、APN水平明显降低,且实验组较对照组水平更低,差异具有统计学意义。结论通心络胶囊联合参麦注射液治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭,能有效增加左室射血分数,降低血清LPO、sICAM-1、APN水平,临床疗效良好。Objective To observe the effect of tongxinluo capsule combined shenmai injection on cardiac function and serum LPO,sICAM-1 and APN levels in patients with chronic congestive heart failure.Methods Selected from January 2017 to July 2017****hospital treated patients with chronic congestive heart failure,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,100 cases in each group.The control group given basic treatment,the experimental group in the control group treatment based on joint participation mai injection and treated with tongxinluo capsule.Analysis of two groups of clinical curative effect,compare the two groups before and after treatment LVDD,LVEF,serum LPO,sICAM 1,APN levels change.Compare two groups of treatment effectiveness.Results After treatment,the experimental group total effective rate was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment than before treatment in two groups of patients with chronic congestive heart failure(LVEDD significantly reduced,LVEF were significantly elevated,LVEDD were significantly lower than the control group and treatment group patients,LVEF were significantly higher than the control group.Serum LPO,sICAM-1 and APN were significantly lower after treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule combined with shenmai injection to treat chronic congestive heart failure can effectively increase the blood fraction in the left ventricle,reduce serum LPO,sICAM-1,APN level,and the clinical effect is good.
