摘 要:目的:探讨护患沟通技巧在门诊输液护理中的应用效果。方法:抽取我院门诊输液患者86例,患者入院时间为2016年9月-2017年9月,通过入院先后顺序将86例患者平均分为观察和对照两组,即43例对照组实施基础护理,43例观察组实施护患沟通模式,对比两种模式的临床应用效果。结果:①观察组患者护理满意度为95.35%,对照组患者护理满意度为81.39%,组间数据经过对比后统计学意义形成(P<0.05);②观察组和对照组患者护理前VAS评分经统计学软件比较未形成统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者护理后VAS评分经统计学软件比较产生统计学意义(P<0.05);③观察组纠纷事件发生率为6.98%,不良反应发生率为4.65%;对照组纠纷事件发生率为30.23%,不良反应发生率为27.91%,组间数据经对比呈现统计学意义。结论:门诊输液护理中采用护患沟通技巧应用效果显著,可有效缓解患者疼痛,提升其护理满意度,降低护患纠纷事件发生率。Objective:To discuss the effect of nurse-patient communication skills in outpatient transfusion nursing.Methods:Choosed 86 cases of outpatients from Sep.2016 to Sep.2017 to divide into study group and controlled group.The controlled group were treated with routine nursing with 43 cases,the study group were treated with nursepatient communication skills with 43 cases.Compared the effect of these two groups.Results:The satisfaction rate of study group was 95.35%,higher than 81.39%of controlled group(P<0.05).And the VAS scores of these two groups had no difference(P>0.06).And the incidence of medical disputes of study group was 6.98%,adverse effects was 4.65%,lower than 30.23%and 27.91%of controlled group.Conclusion:Using nurse-patient communication skills in outpatient transfusion nursing is effective to improve satisfaction rate and decrease incidence of dispute to extend in clinic.
