细致护理对高压氧治疗脑挫裂伤失语症患者的中的应用价值观察

摘　　要：目的:观察细致护理对高压氧治疗脑挫裂伤失语症患者的中的应用价值。方法:随机选取2015年1月-2018年3月期间我院收治的98例脑挫裂伤失语症患者作为观察对象,依照入院顺序将其分成观察组49例和对照组49例,给予对照组常规护理措施,给予观察组细致护理措施,两组患者均采取高压氧治疗,并对两组护理治疗后患者神经细胞因子水平、失语症改善情况及临床护理治疗效果进行对比分析。结果:护理治疗后,观察组患者失语症得到明显改善,其分级数据结果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);同时观察组护理治疗效果也显著高于对照组,组间数据对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在采用高压氧治疗脑挫裂伤失语症患者的治疗过程中给予细致护理措施,可有效提高临床治疗效果,促进患者语言功能恢复速度,从而缩短患者住院时间,该护理措施值得临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the value of detailed nursing in hyperbaric oxygen therapy for patients with cerebral atrophy and aphasia.METHODS:A total of 98 patients with cerebral atrophy and aphasia treated in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2018 were randomly selected as observation objects.According to the admission order,they were divided into observation group(49 cases)and control group(49 cases)and given control group.Routine nursing measures were given to the observation group for detailed nursing measures.Hyperbaric oxygen therapy was used in both groups,and the neuronal cytokine levels,improvement of aphasia and clinical nursing care were compared between the two groups after nursing care.Results:After treatment,aphasia in the observation group was significantly improved,and the grading data was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the effect of nursing treatment in the observation group was also significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference in data between the groups was statistically significant.Significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Careful nursing measures in the treatment of patients with cerebral atrophy and aphasia with hyperbaric oxygen therapy can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect,promote the recovery of language function,and shorten the hospitalization time of patients.The nursing measures are worthy of clinical application.
