超声引导下锁骨下静脉穿刺置管术在普外科护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声引导下锁骨下静脉穿刺置管术在普外科护理中的应用并进行分析。方法:对106例锁骨下静脉穿刺置管进行回顾性分析,患者年龄46~81岁,平均63.7岁。结果: 106例患者中,一针穿刺,再次穿刺成功率分别为93.4%(99例)、6.6%(7例),总成功率100%,无并发症发生。结论:超声引导下锁骨下静脉穿刺置管术并发症少、易于掌握,可以减轻患者的痛苦,值得在普外科护理中推广应用。Objective To explore the application of ultrasound guided subclavian vein catheterization in general surgical nursing.Methods A retrospective analysis of 106 cases of subclavian vein catheterization was performed.The patient was aged between 46 and 81,with an average age of 63.7 years.Results In 106 cases,the success rate of one needle puncture was 93.4%(99 cases)and the puncture again was 6.6%(7 cases)respectively,the total success rate was 100%.No complications occurred.Conclusions The ultrasound guided subclavian vein catheterization was characterized by easier to grasp and less complications,It can reduce the patient’s pain and suffering,and It is worth promoting in general surgical nursing.
